Fast growing international information design company hiring for full-time positions in Santa Barbara office. Successful candidates will have 5 years experience in the planning and scheduling department of a public transportation agency. Person will be working in a fast moving production environment and must be able to complete tasks within the established budget. Comprehensive ability to interpret complex transit agency service operations is required.
We work for the largest and most sophisticated transit agencies in the United States. We need someone sharp and incredibly organized, who can remain focused and meet deadlines. You will work in close quarters with others on a daily basis, and must remain calm and professional in a periodically hectic environment. Some of our work is fun, and some is tedious. Sense of humor required.
Primary duties include:
Compiling and summarizing service information for new clients.
Tracking service change information for existing clients.
Guiding production staff on applying service data to products.
Develop production spreadsheet matrices tracking services changes to multiple products.
Closely working with clients to clarify service specifications and service exceptions.
Communicating professionally with sales representatives and clients regarding revisions to information .
Carefully proofing your work and that of your coworkers
Necessary skills and experience:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong Excel skills
