Management of day to day operations of all facility and ramp activities as it relates to FBO operations servicing transient and tenant based aircraft. This includes training and supervising of all line service personnel, overall maintenance of the facility and equipment, as well as identifying and implementing “Standards of Excellence” in service. Establish and promote good tenant relationships while building relationships with new transient clients. Responsibilties: Management of fuel farm and product inventory; managing shift schedules of all line service personnel; overseeing and managing vendors and ordering all supplies for facility; overseeing ground equipment maintenance; hiring and training new and existing linve service personnel to NATA Safety 1st standards; monitoring and tracking all incoming and departing aircraft. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience as a Line Service Supervisor or 5 years experience as a Line ServiceTechnician; great commnication and team building skills; proficient in computer and business math; excellent organizational skills.
