Web Design Company is seeking a Part-Time Website Project Coordinator (20+ Hours Per Week)
Compensation: $10.00 per hour
This is a great opportunity for college students to learn and grow with a company and gain valuable work experience.

Responsibilities include:
- -Managing web design projects from start to finish (break down the project into steps, to create a manageable task)
- -Maintaining communication with client and designer/programmer to make sure deadlines are met
- -Keeping all information extremely organized (on the computer)
- - Priority of the projects will change, and you will need to determine which to do first and multi-task
- -Following up on project statuses on a daily basis
- -Communicating with clients via email and phone or in person
The Ideal candidate is:
- - Freshman/Sophomore in college
- -Very Patient and understanding, and able to MULTI-TASK
- -Very Organized and eager to learn and gain experience
- -Computer Savvy, Fast Typer, great communicator (verbally, written)
- -Quick learner, self-starter, interested in a career in marketing, communication or design
- -Someone who spends hours on facebook/myspace/twitter and can apply these skills to commercial projects
- -Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver (PC)
- -Knowledge of marketing, graphic or web design is a plus but not required
- -Local to West Hills and surrounding areas
- -Has their own transportation
- -Responsible, extremely organized, detail oriented, reliable, dedicated and honest
- -Proficient in using a PC, Internet, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
