A Los Angeles based internet advertising and viral marketing agency serving Fortune 500 clients, is currently seeking a proactive, dedicated staff blogger with excellent writing and marketing skills. The candidate must have a passion for food (cooking, baking, experimenting with new recipes, etc) as most of our clients are in the food industry. Individual will have extensive knowledge of the space, as well as be a passionate enthusiast who is a team player. MUST have personal blog and/or have contributed to another well known blog.
Job Duties include
• Research & write approx 4-8 relevant articles per day
• Engage in marketing practices to actively market the blogs (i.e. story submission, social booking, social networking with bloggers, blog commenting, message boards)
• Develop and manage relationships with key bloggers
• Build networks on digg.com, teamsugar.com, etc.
• Analyze web traffic; determine what sites viewers are coming from and what sites they are going to after they view our sites
