One of the most successful and proactive banks in the San Fernando/ San Gabriel Valley's is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist.
Job Description: Responsible for performing all post-closing duties relating to the servicing of the Bank’s real estate, construction, commercial, consumer, SBA and asset-based loans. This includes loan boarding and disbursements at closing, payment processing, billings, paydowns, advances, callbacks, payoffs, file/tickler maintenance, insurance follow-up, paid loan processing, letters of credit, clearing non-posts, distributing system reports, posting block entries and general file maintenance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four year college or technical school, or five years experience in loan processing and accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Should have a solid understanding of loan accounting and servicing functions and issues. Experience with construction loan budgets and disbursements desirable. Must have experience boarding and calling back loan data using ITI/Navigator.
