Regan Career Institute is registered with the State of California. Our Phlebotomy program has been approved by the California Department of Public Health, Laboratory Field Services. The approval of Regan Career Institute to provide phlebotomy training ensures that RCI meets California's standards for phlebotomy training. Completion of our classes allows a student to apply and test for certification in California; Three levels of phlebotomy certification and testing can be obtained ranging from Technician to Technician Level II. Soon to provide training for med techs (medical technicians) & nursing (LVN, RN nurse). Medical Assistants, Dental Assistants, Medical Sales Professionals, Administrative Clerks, and others with a high school diploma are eligible for this program.
