Jeet Kune Do ( JKD ) otherwise known as Technical Street Fighting is the martial art
founded by the late Bruce Lee. We offer Original Jeet Kune Do classes, preserving the
methods, techniques, and philosophies as taught by Founder Bruce Lee.
Classes are taught strictly on a private and semi-private basis for accelerated skills
development and safety.
Training includes:
-Speed, Power, Flexibility, and Reflex development
-Trapping & Sensitivity drills
-Interception and body mechanics
-Self Defense
-Sparring
-Philosophy
-Physical conditioning
