Wedding First Dance to the likes of Frank Sinatra? Learn Swing Dance!
Is your wedding first dance going to be to the likes of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, or any other type of romantic standard at your wedding?
Don't want to do the "prom sway"?
Come learn East Coast Swing! We teach beginning group lessons in East Coast Swing every Wednesday night @ 6:30pm at the Dance Family Studio in Pasadena. No experience required!
Why is this a good idea?
* EASY: East Coast Swing is one of the easiest swing dances to learn
* MADE FOR DANCING TO ROMANTIC STANDARDS: East Coast Swing can easily be danced to many romantic standards such as "Fly Me To The Moon", "The Way You Look Tonight", "You're Nobody Till Somebody Loves You", etc.
* AFFORDABLE: Weekly group classes are affordable!!! Between $11 and $15 per class per person for an hour!
* WEEKLY PRACTICE: Weekly group classes will get you out and practicing at least once a week
* STARTING FROM SCRATCH: For our beginning classes, there is no experience needed! We start you from scratch!
* PROGRESSIVE: A new series starts the first Wednesday of every month. Throughout the month the lessons build upon each other.

YOUR TEACHERS:
Sam Chan:
Sam has a wide variety of experience and mentors including Jazz, Tap, and Salsa. He has been a member of many swing dance troupes over the years and loves to learn as well as teach. He is a member of the national award winning Swing Troupe: Super-Cali-Lindy Liscious as well as the award-winning One2Swing Jitterbugs. He is currently a sought after guest teacher for many swing dance clubs and is excited to be teaching regular weekly classes at the Dance Family Studio.
Jasmine Cheung:
Jasmine took up swing dancing because the music was JUST TOO FUN not to dance to. While she attended UCLA, she headed the swing dance club and swing dance team. She was a member of the multiple award winning Swing Troupe: Super-Cali-Lindy-Lisious and a current member of the award winning One2Swing Jitterbugs. She also is a sought after teacher at many different swing clubs in the area and is also excited to be teaching regular weekly classes at the Dance Family Studio.
