Sylvan Learning Center, the nation’s leading provider of supplemental education for K-12 students, is seeking a Teaching Assistant for our West Covina location.
As a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for supporting teachers and students during instruction time. Duties include gathering educational materials and supplies for each instructional hour so teachers and students have what they need to work without interruption. Some phone and light office work may be required.
Candidates must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Since we work with students kindergarten-12th grade you must be comfortable around kids, and have the ability to interact professionally with students at any level.
