Paid over $600 for both so you save $400. Women's Program with books and guide still in box. Since it's well over 200 items I can give you a quick rundown:
99% of the breakfast items are either scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with sausage or scrambled eggs with cheese. They threw in a few extra meals for breakfast like bars and ceral so it's more than 56.
The lunches are a mix of bars, pasta or soup again with extras thrown in from the company.
Dinners range from everything from pastas, to beef dishes (I like the meat lasagna best. Yum), to tacos, etc.
The desserts are a combo of bars (which are even better when you chill them), chocolate bars and cookies.
