Cherokee PA28/140/180 with 1974 180hp O-360 A4A - $33000 (Lake County (1O2))
Due to my health, I'm selling my 1966 Cherokee with 3737 hours on Air Frame. It has an 0-360 A4A out of a 1973 Challenger with 1576.3 hours SMOH, polished aluminum Cruse prop. Has droopy tips. Outside is a 9, painted with Imron 1992 and has been in hangar for the last 15 years. Inside is an 8, has mode-C, KX 155, Narco 890 DME, 4 X EGT & a CHT, toe brakes on left side, Rams Horn Yokes w/ptt & trim on left yoke left hand, Panel mounted 2-place intercom. I purchased this in 1992 and added many improvements over the years that make this a great plane. Very solid and comfortable. Being born a PA-140, and a later model 180hp install, it has weight and fuel advantages. I'm motivated to sell, Willing to talk terms and carry a note with good down, and good credit. If you contacted me and didn't follow up with calling me back or gave me a phone number that is answering machine only, or didn't think to inform me that you would be gone from work or out of town, you are not a serious buyer, and then if you later, wanted to buy my plane, for you it is CASH ONLY in $100 bills. Because you show no caring to my being a willing seller who would have carried paper for you. I would not sleep well, always wondering if I would ever see payments or my plane again.
