Adult Residential Home seeking Certified Facility administrator and Direct Support Professionals to work with developmentally delayed residents.
ADMINISTRATOR:
Must have a valid CA issued Administrator Certificate
Minimum of 1 year experience working as an Administrator of an Adult Residential facility
Possess strong verbal and written skills in the English language
Able to Pass Drug test
Valid CA drivers license
Able to think ahead and take initiative
Able to mentally and physically handle crisis situations
Able to supervise others
Flexible with schedule and hours
Clear background check
DSP: Direct Support Professional
Clear Back ground check
Pass drug test
Posses DSP 1 and 2 or have substantial experience working with DD population
flexible schedule- able to work weekends
valid CA drivers License
CPR/ First Aid certified
Be able to participate in continued education training (workshops and classes)
Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally
Able to assist with Medication administration
