EMPLOYEE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE HANDLING FILES FROM SCREENING OF NEW CLIENTS TO PREPARING CASE FOR SETTLEMENT. DUTIES INCLUDE OPENING NEW FILES, FILING REHAB PETITIONS, MILEAGE, DOR’S, DEALING WITH PTP/QME’S/AME’S. DUTIES ALSO INCLUDE RESPONDING TO MAIL, COMMUNICATING WITH CLIENTS AND ANYTHING ELSE INVOLVED WITH KEEPING CASE AND CLIENTS CURRENT.

MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE, FAMILIAR WITH WORD, LEGAL SOLUTIONS AND ABACUS.

BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH REQUIRED.
