Immigration Attorney
Zhang & Associates is a national immigration law firm specializing in US immigration and naturalization laws and related matters with five offices located in Houston, Chicago, Austin and New York and Los Angeles.
We are currently undergoing an expansion of our Los Angeles office and are in need of hiring an Immigration Attorney.

Job Specifications:
Represent individual or corporate clients in a full-spectrum of employment-based immigration petitions and visa applications, including NIW, Eb1, labor certification, H1B, L-1, O-1, etc.
Draft briefs, memos, legal opinions, correspondence, and prepare all necessary forms and documents for immigration matters.
Optimize the clients immigration benefits by providing right opinions, practical solutions, and prompt service. Client management and case management - through Oracle CRM database.
Work closely with other attorneys and law clerks in accomplishing the best quality service for our clients.
Produce work of quality in a timely manner (based on quota system).
Keep abreast of the recent changes and development on immigration laws and practice, draft articles notifying clients and public of such changes and development.
Job Requirements:
Law Degree from an ABA accredited school
The State of California Bar license
Strong academic credentials
Good analytical, writing and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as a team member to meet deadlines and handle heavy caseload with positive attitude to meet quota
Preferred qualifications:
1-2 years of prior immigration law experience (employment based)
