Non-Profit looking for part time bookkeeper/office support
Compensation: $15/hr
Hours: 20 hours/week
Believing in a collaborative process, we are looking for someone who can handle our Accounts Payables and Receivables as well as help problem solve to streamline our administrative efforts.
We are offering flexible hours in a relaxed environment in beautiful Old Town Pasadena neighborhood.
Skills requirements:
· Non Profit knowledge is required
· MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS PRO EXPERIENCE
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Filemake Pro
· Quickbooks data entry – record deposits and check writing
· Update and maintain donor mailing list in Filemaker Pro
· Mac and PC proficient as we work with both platforms
· Upbeat positive attitude
· Filing and maintaining office
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Communicate with vendors to resolve and respond to inquires
· Ensuring that the company is in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
· Assisting with other special projects as needed
· Flexibility and being a self-starter with a positive attitude
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, highly analytical and a problem solver
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Internet Savvy
· Work with off-site controller (via email and phone) to ensure quickbooks entries are recorded properly
· Comfortable working alone or alongside CEO
Office located near, Los Angeles, Glendale, Los Feliz, Silverlake and Echo Park areas.
