Program Manager needed to operate Community Based program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Must have strong managerial skills and the ability to multi-task, organize, schedule and manage the program. Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral/funding sources, serve as principle point of representation and liaison with external and internal constituencies on operational matters.

Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 - 4:30.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: the ability to work closely with upper management and create innovative opportunities for the individuals we serve. Schedule and follow up on activities in the community. Write objectives and ensure that the program follows all regulatory guidelines. Maintain and produce accurate and updated paperwork. The Program Manager must have the ability to use good judgment must have a high level of energy.

To qualify for employment the applicant must be dependable and reliable. Must have three(3) years experience in a Human Services delivery system, including at least one(1) year in a management position, or have education at the Bachelor Degree level in a Human Services field.
Applicant must be proficient in English in the areas of reading, writing and communication. Applicant must have an ability to mold or create a group of Direct Care Staff that can work as a team. The applicant must also have the ability and willingness to maintain adequate attendance. Must be able to produce fingerprint clearance and keep those cleared to continue employment. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
