Roommates are respectful and responsible (we're all nice people here). All utilities + wireless internet access are included in the $750 rent amount. House is ideal for an art student. In addition to the room, you will have your own workspace which includes a drafting table, computer desk and table. The room is fully furnished.
House is located 5 minutes from Art Center College of Design and Old Town. There is plenty of on-street parking and there is on-site laundry as well.
