Hello everyone....I am looking for a Female Roommate to share my two bedroom one bath apartment with in Pasadena.
Let me tell you a little bit about the apartment:
Apartment building is 2 story 1970's or late 60's. Apartment is located on a quite, tree lined street in Pasadena just above the 210 freeway off Lake. It is a second floor unit(which makes me feel safe) and is located on a front corner. We share one wall with the neighbors who are very nice. Note the apartment is very large...about 900 to 1000 square feet.
Parking is on the street. There is plenty of parking everywhere. There are only 2 apartment buildings on the entire street the rest are homes and condos.
Room is good size with dark brown carpet and a nice large closet. Vertical blinds in bedroom and there is a large living room and separate dinning room. Both have lots of windows and light.
Full kitchen with many windows, new tile floors and overhead fan. Bathroom is shared with just me and there is a tub shower. Laundry on site. Your bedroom has a lock on the inside of the door. If you want to replace the door nob with a key lock you may do so. I have one on my door as well.
I painted my bedroom a light gray and muted lavender. If you like you can paint yours as well, as long as you paint over it when you move out.

A little bit about myself:
I am a full time student currently at Pasadena City College. Born and raised in San Francisco and went to high school in Los Angeles. I also lived in Orange County for a few years.
I spend a lot of time in my room doing homework, on the net, reading and visiting with my cat. I am social as well, but very respectful of my roommates space. :) I am artistic, like to dance, do Yoga and watch movies. I do not smoke or do drugs and drink socially. I keep the kitchen pretty clean and try and clean the bathroom about once a week. I am not a neat freak by any means, but I try to keep up with the housework.
