GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Management of IT resources. Provide technical support, training and presentations on the use of IT resources to staff. Coordinate with the Senior Tech for IT-related concerns/events. Provide assistance to the Senior Tech on IT-related matters when requested.

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
- CompTIA A+ Certification - MS Office 2007
- Server 2008 Management - Firewall Configuration
- Network Management Experience - Deepfreeze and Ghost
- QuickBooks 2009 - Resourceful and Self motivated to learn new IT skills and knowledge

WORK REQUIREMENTS:
- Clear Live Scan
- 2 Years experience in Technical Support
- Clean Drug Test
-Screening High School Diploma or GED

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance, installation, disposal, repair, acquisition, configuration, troubleshooting, setup of IT Resources
- Provide technical support, training and presentations to staff
- Data entry to implement updates
- Multimedia related tasks
- Restore/backup company files as scheduled or when requested
- Inform the Senior Tech of IT related events in the office including malware detections, equipment failure, network problems, major configuration changes
- Provide IT-related assistance, including research and documentation, when requested by the Senior Tech
- Other duties and projects assigned by the Program Director and Senior Tech
- Conduct periodic IT equipment inventories
