Seeking only VERY HARD-WORKING, career-minded individuals who can help us expand our phone, internet, and IT services in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County area. A significant portion of the role is customer-facing, so you must enjoy working with people, troubleshooting network/computer problems and must be able to manage multiple projects/tasks. This position reports directly to the CTO and CEO.
Responsibilities Include:
• Design & document networks for small/medium sized business customers
• Install & Configure LAN routers and switches
• Troubleshoot/support issues with customer networks and VoIP phones on-site and over the phone
• Create, submit and track work orders and trouble tickets
• Manage IT/Networking duties at multiple sites, varying from 2-70 users at each site

Requirements:
• REQUIRED: BS/BA in related field (EE,CS, etc..) from a top-ranked university
• REQUIRED: 5+ years experience in a managerial IT role
• REQUIRED: including 2+ years of consulting experience with a recognized firm
• REQUIRED: including 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting desktop support and network support in a professional environment
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting a Windows server/domain environment.
• Experience working on-site with customers directly, not solely phone support.
• Must possess "self-starter" qualities - need to be able to hit the ground running.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, very demanding startup environment

• Experience with Cisco equipment (1700 routers + 35xx switches) a plus!
