Web-based Software Support Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a work from home, self-motivated, reliable, detail oriented individual to join our team as a Web-based Software Support Representative. The primary focus of this position is to provide technical phone support and customer service to our clients -- who are mostly nontechnical personnel -- and who use our web-based Content Management System (CMS) to manage the information on their organization's websites.
In addition to providing phone support, this position will also conduct client training, learn marketing, public relations and corporate communications business processes, manage the delivery of new client websites and participate in product development. This is a growth opportunity for a quick learner who can maintain client satisfaction, follow direction and document their service calls accurately and efficiently.
The candidate will be in charge of managing assigned client accounts to ensure that their client’s needs and concerns are always fully addressed.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support via phone and remote access.
2. Train new and existing clients on the proper use of our Content Management System (CMS).
3. Configure and QA our CMS for new and existing clients
4. Demonstrate our product to prospective new business.
5. Create and maintain customer service relationships with assigned clients.
6. Learn and incorporate business process knowledge along with specific application usage principles into training and support activities.
7. Coordinate with clients, developers and designers for application enhancements or modifications, as needed.

- Compensation: $2,400 - 2,800 / month
