10 piece Funk, R&B, Latin Disco COVER band with professional sound technician looking for a LEAD MALE Singer/Frontman ages 21 to 38 to sing in Spanish and English. This is a working band. Band works every weekend and some weekday nights. We work about 8 to 14 days a month. Lead singer must have experience with performing in live bands. We are looking for a team player and someone who works well with others. There are two other lead/front singers. We are a show band so singer must be able to sing and dance a moderate dance routine from the first song to the last. We wear dressy show attire including long sleeve shirts and ties. This is a very rewarding, fun, and professional band. All performances are local. Pay goes as follows: Night clubs $75 to $90 a night, Casino's $90 to $125, Privates $130 to $160, Cooperates $150. to $200 plus.. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH A DAY JOB, you will not be able to live on this income alone and we are looking for a PERMANENT MEMBER, NO SUBS!!!! The band has been working professionally for 6 years and our 2008 calendar is almost full. Some performances require us to bring sound equipment and all bands members must help set up PA and tear Down PA for these performances.
