I have 2 queen size mattresses/box springs and 1 king size mattress/box spring in storage that I want to give away.
Either Simmons and Sealy. Cost $3000 when I bought them. They have been in a storage unit for quite a while but were barely used before that.
2 of the queen sized beds were used in unoccupied rooms so no one ever slept on them. The king size was used for about 1 year and then moved to storage.

This Roll-top desk is somewhat beat up..While it has some real wood used in building it there is also particle board, the finish isnt a real wood finish (Fake wood grain) and it did have some water damage when the apartment it was in flooded so the bottom feet have some flaking but surprisingly it is still in good shape.(I stood on it to change a light bulb once) The roll-top does roll well and it locks. I only have one key so I suggest you get a duplicate immediately. There where some knobs on the rolling part to lift it up and down but I replaced them with some other hardware and being that hardware means something to me I took it off and cant find the original knobs. Same goes for the top 3 drawers (Their knobs are gone too) so if you get this youll have to replace 5 brass knobs.
The dimensions are 44 1/2 long, 20 wide and at its tallest point its 42 inches..I took some pics of the desk and the water damage (and beat up damage) with my cell phone and have it on a picasa web site so if you want to see the pictures ask me to send you the link. They are doing a lot of work in my apartment building so getting this thing out of here would be easiest on the weekend or after 5:30 Pm Monday through Friday. You could pick it up Mon-Fri earlier but if you do you wouldnt be able to get it out through the apartment buildings front door but would have to go through the back of the building, around the building and down to the driveway to get to the street.(A lot longer way and the driveway isnt in the best of condition) I think with
taking out the drawers(2 large, 4 small & 1 med middle drawer) 2 average people could move this. But youll need a truck to take it away.
If you want this you need to show up with yourself and someone else strong enough to help you move it.Im going to be moving so dont have that much time available. I already have it by my front door. If you agree to pick up the item you must show up at the agreed upon time & date. No looky-loos. ..
Ive had a few people waste my time cause they didnt read the ad throughly. So to be clear, the finish is fake, you CANT sand it off and apply a new finish. It's wood & particle board construction. The measurements of the desk are provided in the ad so please make sure where you plan to put it fits and measure out the measurements at your home so you have an idea of the size of the desk. Also (I cant stress this enough) IT IS NOT an antique! Everything about the desk is in the ad. There are no hidden suprises. It has served me well but its an old piece of furniture I dont need anymore...If you dont mind some dings and such, its a good desk.This would make a good desk for a garage or a workshop, or a kids room too if youd rather not have
an old somewhat beat up desk in the main part of your home.
