I'm a laid back female in her mid-thirties that is looking to move around September 1. Last week of August is ok too. I'm employed full-time as a property manager in Sherman Oaks. I'm hoping to find a home without a ton of rules and restrictions. I NEVER EVER throw parties but do have overnight guests and occasionally, I have visitors from out of town (mainly London). They never stay more than a few days. All visitors/guests are courteous and respectable people.

I am a smoker so if you're sensitive to it, we'd probably not be a good fit. I have NO problem with smoking outside. I do drink socially (good imported beers mostly) but nowhere near an alcoholic and DON'T DO ANY DRUGS. I don't care if you're 420 friendly though. Your personal life is your own. I'll always keep common areas very clean. A patio/balcony would be great!

I have no preferences on your age/gender/sexual orientation nor your religious beliefs. I have a lot of personality but want a very drama-free home. I am moving now because my current roommate has a lot of communication issues, so please be friendly and able to talk freely. I can't handle control freaks, I am simply too relaxed and mentally happy to handle such occurrences.

I would like to be able to listen to music at night or watch TV at reasonable levels (not blaring loud - just reasonable) so if you have super sensitive neighbors, I wouldn't do well there either. I am also looking to buy a gaming system and a plasma TV so if you're in the market, I maybe a great plus.

I'm also looking for a home not just a room so if you're weird about sharing your space or stuff then please don't contact me. If I'm paying 1/2 the rent, I'd like 1/2 the liberties. I'd prefer a fully furnished environment.

I'm full of laughter and a fairly funny person but we don't need to be best friends. We can be as distant or as cool as you'd like, no worries on my end.

Every animal that has ever met me has fallen madly in love with me so that would never be an issue. And I have no allergies to any pet.

I am willing to pay $900 as half the rent and then split the utilities ( gas, water, trash and light ) we can also split the cable and internet. Phones are seperate. I work 2 jobs.
