Last year, we designed, developed, and implemented a time collection system based on an Excel front-end and sophisticated Visual Basic programming. Basically, the system is distributed to remote field users, who enter time data for employees and projects. The system validates the data and sends a text file to an FTP site; the text file is then loaded into our payroll system for processing.

We are now ready for the next phase of development to fix some of the shortcomings on users� �wish lists.� The most important shortcoming is the inability to cut and paste data in the time entry tab. Doing so causes the data validation formulas to be overwritten, which raises the risk of input errors. As a result, users have to manually re-enter data that could easily be cut and pasted.

Establish an SEO baseline, to track results;
Experience in optimizing data pages is preferred;
Analysis, preservation, and optimization of web sites and code;
Monitoring and reporting on results;
Implementation and execution of tests; impact evaluation;
Assessment of internal initiatives that affect web sites and backend;
Research opportunities and trends.

Required Qualifications:
2-3 years experience directly implementing (hands-on) search engine optimization initiatives for multiple large-scale content/ecommerce web sites;
Experience with HTML and ASP;
Proven ability to achieve natural search engine ranking through the application of ethical SEO techniques;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change at a moment's notice;
Analytical skills to sift through mountains of SEO data to understand what�s working and to optimize;
Creative thinker willing to experiment with new techniques;
Understanding of HTML/PHP/JAVA a plus. Working knowledge of relational MySQL a plus. Developer experience preferred;
Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines;
Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments.

Required Education:
Bachelor�s degree or higher in business or technical field; Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
