It is located inside the Park La Brea complex, http://www.parklabrea.com It has a large bedroom with a big closet, and an even bigger common room. There is also a great patio which is connected to a really nice lawn with shade trees. Parking and laundry are on site. This is a really great apartment in a great location, right near the Farmer's Market and The Grove. It is also a 5 minute walk from the La Brea Tar pits and the LA County Museum of Art (LACMA).

The place won't be furnished, but includes a TV and stand. Cable is already set up, but not included in the rent.

The rent is $1500 per month, which is already lower than what we are paying for it. July and October will be prorated. There is definitely a possibility of being able to stay on for the next year, if you were willing to pay the full rent and get on the lease.

The street is gorgeous and lined with beautiful trees on lovely Sycamore avenue, adorned with old post lights, reminiscent of the East coast. There are great galleries, shops and restaurants around within walking distance. What's nice is that it still feels residential and safe, while being so close to everything.

What I'm looking for is a person of integrity, maturity, and kindness. I'm looking for a person that I'd like to have here in my absence.
