We are an independent feature film and commercial production company located in Venice, CA. We are looking for interns to start ASAP. Need reliable team members to help with various tasks as we expand business operations. We have several projects in various stages of production and this is a great opportunity to build resume, make a connection with producers, production managers, directors, etc. and gain experience with a film production company. We also have a sister commercial production company in our office. Interns are encouraged to mingle. This is a part-time unpaid internship. Minimum 2-3 month commitment.

We are looking for candidates with an interest in commercial production in particular. Projects involving commercial production will be supplemented with administrative and development projects. Down time will be spent reading scripts and submitting coverage to our director of development. There may be opportunities to work as a PA on set when commercials are in production.

We are an online eCommerce company based in the San Fernando Valley that sells retail products. We have been making our own short videos of our products, however we are back logged and would like to try someone to do film and produce some of our new products.

Work Description:

Our online store sells small items like purses, wallets, and other related small items. We have been making our own short 1 to 3 min online product videos that are posted on YouTube when completed then linked to our website.
If selected, you would shoot this at home or wherever you like. You pick the time when you want to do the work. Typically we have shot these videos in our garage with a white sheet on a table, as all of the work is done close up.
We would provide you a small product like a purse or daypack, as well as a description of the product. You would take the written info and turn it into a script.
You will need your own video equipment -- lights and microphone to shoot a video of the product. Typically this is done on a tripod -- one camera shoot. You will need to video yourself or have someone help you demo the product. No face work, just hands, and maybe the product shown worn over the shoulder like a purse or daypack. Most times you can demo the product yourself with the camera on a tripod. -- For the purses, and handbags, a women's hands and voice would be nice, as well as showing the product worn -- but for now, no face work. We have considered using someone as online talent -- and may happen in the future.

You will also need do your own voice over work (voice needs to be acceptable, generic, with little or no accent) of the script you wrote which would then be edited to sync with the video you shot.

End product would be a 1 to 3 mins edited HD video of the product that would end up in a MPG format for YouTube, and then added to our online store.
If this works out, and the price is right. . .we have numerous products that we would like to do and this could be a long term relationship.
These are very quick videos that are designed to help customers understand the products they are looking at.

This is not Warner Bros or Spielberg quality work, hence why this would be great work for a student who wants to built their resume, or someone who has a full time job looking for extra cash.
This is a sweet gig - you get to work at home -- on your schedule. If your work is good, this could turn into a long term relationship where you would do all of our video work for our future products future.

Center Mass Studios is seeking a young male vocalist for a short job on the trailer.

We are looking for someone to hum the song "Oh Susanna." The scene is a young boy escorting his little sister through a dead field during the autumn. When a zombie attacks them he swiftly takes action with his father's hunting rifle.

Under the direction of the Equipment Manager the Production Equipment & Rentals Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supervising the daily operations of DigitalFusion's Los Angeles based equipment rental services department.

Experience with professional 35mm and Medium Format Digital Camera Systems, Digital Backs and related software.
Experience with Apple Computers and OS.
Valid Drivers License w/ Clean Driving Record
Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
Ability to work weekends and extended hours

The skills and experience that we are looking for are:
Knowledge of 35mm and medium format digital camera equipment a must.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment related errors quickly and professionally.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and complete all quickly to meet deadlines.
Must work very well under pressure.
Rental house experience a plus.
