We are a web and SEO company in Santa Monica looking for a project manager to handle all the projects between clients and designers.
Your job is to be the in-between to talk with the clients about their direction, style, layout wishes and translate this to the programmers to get the design for the home page completed. (Not inner pages, just the home page)

Then once you have the design fro the graphics department you go back and forth with the client to get this design approved by revisions and changes.
You are not in charge of any programming or coding or designing. You simply manage the accounts between clients and designers and once approved you pass on to the design project manager for coding.

Requirements for this job:
* Excellent communication and writing skills for lots of emailing
* Organizational skills
* Design knowledge of what looks good and what doesn't. You MUST have an eye for design.
* Photoshop knowledge is a plus!

The ASP Web Developer will be responsible for, but not limited in scope to, the design, development, testing, maintenance, reporting, documenting and support of all company websites and web applications. The company will initially launch its solution in the burgeoning home healthcare sector providing care to seniors and others in need. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and creative CTO to drive the technology strategy and organization as a principal co-founder on this start-up team -- reporting directly to the CEO. Core to this, we are looking for someone who understands the demands of a start-up in its early seed stage with the ability to keep focus on accelerating product development to build a compelling prototype and secure funding. The ideal CTO is an individual who can effectively engineer a new product crucial to the company's success.

The individual will have the autonomy to work independently and as a team player initially in a virtual environment. Preferred home base is the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities
The CTO/Head of Engineering will be responsible for providing leadership around technology vision, product architecture and development, integration with external system and databases, deployment and usability testing. The candidate must have hands-on experience building software solutions and mobile apps from scratch and he/she must be adept with agile development methodologies. Verago's platform will leverage best-in-class components from leading software products.
The candidate must have significant and recent experience in architecting and developing Mobile and Cloud based solutions that are used commercially, including owning and managing release management, product availability, disaster recovery and security. The ideal candidate has led technical development teams, as this role will require leading, recruiting and growing the technical team after funding.
The CTO/Head of Engineering is prepared to thrive in a nimble start-up environment and should have a successful track record of building product from inception and scaling it to market leadership.

Experience
>A minimum of 7 years experience leading a technology organization, and delivering high quality, high value software products and solutions that drive business strategies and performance.
>Familiar with all phases of systems and application development along with at least 5 years of
management experience supervising technical team members.
>Strong Mobile apps development experience in at least one of the platforms: iOS / Android /
WebApps frameworks
>Strong Web Development background.
>Experience with cloud computing especially with Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
>Ideally experienced with front-end website design and integration.
>Understanding of when to use third party tools and platforms, and when to build new.
>Strong experience architecting online and mobile solutions, which can be replicated across
multiple industries.
>Experience managing applications development process/ organization for high quality code-
base that is modular, scalable, and efficient
>Experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud-based environments
>Strong management skills in leading multiple initiatives to completion, based on aggressive
target dates and budgets.
>Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
>Understandings of options to deploy highly secure applications that meet regulatory
requirements.
>An ability to interact/influence executive, business, and technical personnel.
>Acts as a subject expert and point of escalation for issues involving the IT Operations and
critical systems.
>Experience building products from the ground up, especially in an early stage startup
environment, is a plus.
>Tech startup experience, is a major plus.

Skills

Education
The candidate must have demonstrated leadership in technology and proven accomplishments commensurate with experience.

Compensation
Co-Founder's equity followed by competitive salary upon funding. Initial equity package available for first-stage of prototype development.

Requirements:
