We need an exp bookkeeper for our medical facility. Must have a degree in accounting and min of 3-5 years experience in bookkeeping.
Must be exp with Quick Books and Microsoft Excel, must know how to prepare and process payroll, other duties will include but be limited to:
Process vendor invoice for payment and print accounts payable checks
Prepare, maintain and reconcile general and subsidiary ledgers
Prepare and reconcile bank reconciliations
Prepare correcting and closing entries
Prepare required reports in a timely and accurate manner
Preapare financial statements including but not limited to income statement and balance sheet
Prepare end of the year 1099s
