The owners take great pride in their property, and it shows on the inside and out. The unit is completely updated. It has hardwood floors throughout the living room/bedroom. The kitchen has new tile countertops and brand new black appliances.
The apartment is an excellent size, with washer/dryer hookups in the unit, and base board molding throughout. Because the apartment is in such pristine condition, the unit is 'no pets'.
