The lease price for this very high ceiling apartment in Southern California with 2 bed 2 bath, is $1880 a month (my rent of $1880 was already discounted, and the office charge up to $2,040/month!). As I’ve bought a house and will empty the apartment by the end of March, I’m trying to find a new person to transfer my lease to him/her for the period 4/1/2008 to 7/20/2008, when my lease expires.
