This is a three bedroom house on a quiet street in Carson. Sister and I grew up in this house, so it is very special to us, and we are looking for a responsible party to fill it with love and care. Back patio is attached and is great to use as a family room. The back yard is ample and we've shared plenty of family BBQ in the summer. Fruit trees in back yard bare delicious snacks when in season. One bathroom, and two car parking. We are working hard in fixing the house for a june first move-in.
We are requiring an approved credit check, prior landlord recommendation, and a first and last month payment- prior to move-in.
I will be working at this location this mon-thurs and am taking appointments/applications.
