We all want to be the best parents we can be but there is so much conflicting information out there. In this 3 hour workshop, you will be given information, tools and resources to help you and your baby develop healthy bonds that will last a lifetime. Learn simple things you can do to help nurture your adult relationships and take care of yourself while you take care of your baby. Find out what some of the latest research says about different parenting techniques. Take away great information that will help you figure out what is best for your family.

Workshop will take place at the Pregnancy Help Center in Torrance from 6-9pm, Thursday November 19th. There is no cost to participants.
