Responsible for the overall promotion of the Brand by educating the customer as well as sales associates on the product to increase sales, while maintaining brand image. Position is not responsible for cashiering functions. QUALIFICATIONS Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to adapt to adversity in a high pressure environment. Effectively communicate and work with all levels of staff and management. Accuracy and attention to detail, with strong follow through skills. Good problem solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good organizational skills. Must be available to work Part Time hours to include holidays, weekends and nights and maintain satisfactory attendance. Ability to speak Mandarin or Japanese and English language. EXPERIENCE Minimum of 1 year retail experience preferred. EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent required. |
