A dynamic, fast-paced company is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Representative to fill a seasonal part-time position.
Key Skills:
Team player
Outstanding communication skills via phone
Previous office experience is a MUST
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Shipping experience a plus, but not required
Excellent computer and internet skills
Job Requirements and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Data Entry, 10-Key
Organizational and multi-tasking responsibilities
Fielding customers phone calls, faxes and emails
Excellent verbal and written skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Needed: Monday thru Friday; hours may vary from 11:00am to 6:00pm. This is perfect for a college student who has customer service experience and is seeking seasonal/part-time employment!
