Torrance based law firm is seeking part-time call center representatives with experience. As a member of our team, you will target new leads, calling potential leads, and generating leads. You will be part of an inbound and outbound call center.
Skills required:
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Excellent phone and organizational skills.
• Must have outgoing, friendly & enthusiastic personality. Call center and scripted call taking experience preferred.
• Candidate fluent in Spanish (Preferred but not required).
• Ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced environment, while handling heavy inbound phones with outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-up skills.
• History of punctuality and good attendance.
• Ability to maintain database of all new and previous leads and clients.
• Make appointments for our attorneys and paralegals.
Location: Torrance
Salary: TBD based on experience
Length: Temp assignment, permanent position may become available.
Hours: Flexible. The call center is open 6 days a week. Must be flexible to work Saturdays.
