Direct access retail and institutional brokerage firm serving international clientθle is seeking motivated go-getter candidates to join our growing Customer Service Team.
The Help Desk Representative position is approximately 80% Customer Service and 20% Technical Support. Communication with clients will be via telephone, email and electronic chat. Client support will include helping clients with their accounts in terms of positions, open orders, cash activity, and software demos.
Qualified applicants will be subject to criminal background checks and all new employees must provide Form I-9 data as required by the Department of Homeland Security.

Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide customer service and technical support in a fast-paced environment
Assist other departments when and where needed
Requirements/Expectations:
Excellent command of the English language
Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in Windows XP and Windows Vista
Type 30+ wpm required, 40+ wpm preferred
Strong working knowledge of the stock, options, futures or forex markets highly desired
Quick learner and creative problem-solver
Hardworking, self-directed and detail oriented
Desire to take the series 7 & 63
Outstanding attendance and punctuality
2 year college degree

Salary Range:
$28,000 - $32,000 annually (DOE)
Shift Hours:
Monday Friday, either 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am 5:30pm
