COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

We are a new organization dedicated to providing innovative Developmental-Based and Positive Behavioral Support services to children with Autism and other PDDs.

We operate from a parent-education model that strives to help families develop the tools to become effective "Interventionists" through the ongoing training and the support of our knowledgeable team members.

We currently have 1 opening for a Case Supervisor. We are looking for applicants who:

Have excellent written and communication skills

CASE SUPERVISOR POSITION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in/Facilitate ongoing trainings and supervision meetings.

Provide supervision of Interventionists in home and community settings.

Prepare Assessment and Progress Reports, and other adminstrative duties.

Teach weekly parent education classes (for 10-12 families).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST be a fully licensed (LMFT, LCSW, or Psy.D./Ph.D. in Psychology), PLUS:

MUST have a minimum of 12 approved ABA credits (BCBA or BCABA certification perferred)

Minimum of 5 years experience working directly with children with Autism and other PDDs.

Minimum of 2 years experience working in a supervisor capacity in the field.

Demonstrated ability in conducting quality behavioral assessements.

Experience with and demonstrated knowledge of both Behavioral Intervention and DIR/Floortime Approaches (a must).

OTHER EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS:

Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance

Must pass TB and fingerprint clearance

Must be available until 7pm on at least 2 workdays

Willingness to work on Saturdays is a plus

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
