We are currently seeking a project coordinator / PM to join our development team in Beverly Hills. The project coordinator will assist the developer with all aspects of our current lifestyle hotel project and other new developments as they come on line. The candidate will have project management experience preferably in hospitality, with either a construction or architectural background. The candidate will be expected to work with the development team to manage budgets, program and timeframes and undertake the necessary tasks to complete the work. Additional requirements include general project administration, communicating and coordinating with the client and all consultant team members and third parties: contractors, hospitality and food and beverage companies and cities.
The candidate shall have knowledge of all phases of the design and development process including entitlement, design, bidding, construction and project occupancy. Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years experience and should be proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office software. Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential.
