* 6+ years of PHP programming experience required.
* Experience with front-end languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Experience with Blogs/CMS systems such as Wordpress is required
* Demonstrate ability to work with, or show experience working on high-traffic websites.
* Experience with SQL queries and MySQL database tuning is a plus.
* Experience with other programming languages such as C#, Perl, Java, Python is a big plus.
* Experience working in a collaborative team environment using version control software like Subversion, CVS e.t.c.
* Must demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving ability.
* Ability to complete projects independently with little to no supervision, and ability to quickly pick up new technologies when needed.
