Ok, so this is a long shot, but I figure if I can find it anywhere, it's on CraigsList.

I am looking for a safe and secure place to store my things( mostly clothes), as well as my new Toyota Prius.

I am a twenty-something world traveler who is quasi-retired...

I have been living in Central America, trying to get an Organic farm and ethanol project going down there.

My things are currently in SF, but I would like to rent a place in the Topanga Canyon area to store my stuff, and also have a place to call home for a few months out of the year. Topanga Canyon or The Hollywood Hills is ideal. I like the fact that I can be relatively close to all the big city advantages of L.A., without actually living in the madness of it all. I like to hear crickets when I go to sleep, and birds when I awake.

I have great references, including my former roommate, who is an Emmy Award winning stylist, and also the owner of a 2 million dollar home in The Hollywood Hills. She loved me as a roommate, but it was not financially logical to keep renting the place there. I would rather pay about half of what I was paying there, which would be somewhere between $500-$1000, since I will be around less than half the time.

I can, of course, pay up front for up to six months at a time or so. I am very clean, quiet, honest, friendly, and drama free, with a good sense of humor. I don't really smoke, and when I drink, which is rarely, I only drink champagne (Roederer usually), or possibly a good Pinot.

I am VERY into good music, outdoor activities, and lots of meditation, in case you were wondering...

I recycle, stay tidy, and don't invite people over, unless they are very close friends of mine. I am one who believes that a home is a sanctuary, not a party pad.

I am also open to options as they may present themselves. Please give me a call if you have a place that you think would work for me...

I have money, references, and a willingness to help out where needed. Like I said at the start of this Ad, I am usually in Central America (Belize/Cancun), I have a boat, a car, small plane access, and a place down there, but I don't really know what I am doing with my life.

We are looking for families who can provide a homestay experience for our international students. GEOS students come from several different countries to study English in the US and to experience life in an American Home.
Year round, students come for periods as short as one week or as along as one year. During the summer months, we have holiday groups from France and Spain that stay in Torrance from 2-4 weeks long.

(Student visas are arranged through GEOS. Families are not required to sponsor a student. Compensation for room and board are provided.)

i am looking to rent a 2br /2ba in venice/santa monica . close to water and/or main st/abbot kinney . looking for a walking / urban environment with our lovely westside climate .
i have 2 dogs so i need a yard . unfortunately, my older dog (13) gets cranky with other dogs, so no other pets .
i am 31. professional. clean. educated. employed. nice.
my dogs are extremely sweet and well behaved . they are always my responsibility and whomever i live with can interact with them as much or as little as they want. when i travel, i have a dog sitter .
i currently rent a 3br house in venice and have a female roommate . great girl, but she's moving to nyc. my place is sweet as i have 2 rooms for myself and a huge yard, but i've been there 5 yrs and am ready for a change of scenery .
i am also looking at 1 and 2 bedrooms to live solo, but the houses i like are all over $3500 which is a tad too much . i want something nice ;-) . so .. i'm open to a roommate situation if the place is dope and we'd each have our own space, full bathroom, etc . i'd pay more for the larger room, etc.

Hi, me and my friend are looking for a sublet right now, we're looking to move in around August 25th or sometime close to that date. We are both fun-loving, responsible, clean and organized people. We would be okay with a 3-4 month sublet.
