We are looking for an experienced Recruiter Consultant to help us grow our Technology team.
POSITION SUMMARY
As an experienced Recruiter Consultant, you will partner with hiring leaders across multiple technology functional areas on our strategic growth initiatives. Your ability to manage through the entire selection and hiring process will be essential to your success. Ability to partner with hiring teams to provide relevant market data and assess current market trends that impact hiring goals, is critical. Consistently, provide a “high-level” of service and professionalism to client groups and potential candidates.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Implement staffing strategies quickly to provide a qualified and diverse technical candidate pool.
• Identify passive job seekers using a full range of sourcing strategies and resources.
• Fiercely network at all levels, fostering long-term relationships with candidate prospects via creative cold-calling, internet postings, social networking, etc.
• Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the hiring process so that candidates are handled with the utmost respect and professionalism.
• Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate.
• Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary.
• Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates and coach hiring teams on best practices.
• Manage offer process (including reference checks, salary recommendations), offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines.
• Propose and implement on-going improvements to Citysearch’s staffing efforts by applying a wide-range of experience on current external recruiting policies, practices, and trends.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ year’s exempt recruiting experience for technology positions.
• Experience in online media/internet businesses strongly preferred.
• Experience hiring Agile technology staff a plus.
• Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a team environment.
• Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
• Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency is a must.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, tact, and diplomacy.
