We have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual On-Site Manager in the Carson/South Bay area. This On-site is mainly a light industrial work force in a good setting.
Daily Responsibilities:
*Manage all day-to-day operations of this On-site
*Develop and implement a strategic service plan
*Identify opportunities to increase sales.
*Develop and implement a strategic recruiting plan
*Excellent customer service
Hiring Criteria:
Proven track record
Industry experience minimum of 2 years in staffing industry
Education minimum of 4 yr college degree or 5 years of fulltime work
Strong analytical skills
