Job Description
- Lead and manage HR functions
- Set up and review the HR processes and internal controls mechanism
- Maintain, enhance and implement HR systems
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Work with the Quality Manager to ensure relevant training is carried out
- Coordinates and administers HR activities, such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee services
Requirements
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations, preferably with a few years of working experience
- Good knowledge of employment practices in LA, e.g. health and insurance plans, benefits and compensation structure
- Possess good judgement, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Able to handle complex tasks and can deal effectively with Senior Management across the business
- Resourceful, and with a high degree of professional integrity
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Application
