Qualified candidate will have at least 2 years experience in medical office billing and collections.  Attention to detail, people-oriented and friendly person will work with the billing department to help with the A/R aging report and follow-up.<br>

Full-time position.  Hours are 8am - 5pm but are flexible.<br>

Applicant will take a skills test and background check before hiring.<br>

JOB SUMMARY:<br>
<br>
The medical billing collector has 2-3 years experience with medical billing collections. Has excellent follow-up skills and is a team player in the billing department. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and assertiveness in pursuing payment for services rendered are fundamental. Professional and courteous phone skills are required and maintaining a calm and peaceful manner with patients is utmost important. <br>
<br>
REPORTS TO: Biller<br>
<br>
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>
<br>
1.	Providing support for the billing department including verification and/or updating insurance information into the Alteer system.  <br>
2.	Collecting co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles when applicable. Informing patients of available payment options if necessary.<br>
3.	Posting patient payments and insurance payments into the Alteer system.<br>
4.	Follow-up with claim inquiries and updating the insurance companies with information needed to process claims. (Ex: PT initial evals, Rx and authorizations for services.)<br>
5.	Initiating and completing various forms or letters for claims processing.<br>
6.	Printing monthly A/R aging reports or other reports necessary for management.<br>
7.	 Follow-up on patient collections and insurance balances.<br>
8.	 Performs other various tasks as requested by Biller, Billing Consultant or Office Manager.<br>
<br>
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED): <br>
<br>
	Ability to demonstrate and maintain acceptable level of professional conduct to include courteously, tactfully and patiently with patients, co-workers and outside agencies.<br>
	Professional phone etiquette.<br>
	Well-groomed and dressed appropriately.<br>
	Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.<br>
	Basic knowledge and use of computer and computer keyboard.<br>
	Ability to gather data and compile information.<br>
	Knowledge and usage of medical terminology.<br>
	Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and workflow in a complex environment to meet daily deadlines.<br>

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:<br>

	Oversee SPARC's Tiendita (store)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

	At least 2 years of executive administrative experience

	Excellent oral, written, graphical, organizational and clerical skills

	Ability to multi-task and manage time well

	Be Macintosh proficient

	Accounting/Bookkeeping experience a plus

	Proficiency in MS Office, Access, Publisher, Adobe Photoshop and web content management systems desired.

	Knowledge of, and/or interest in, community based art issues

Fast-paced, entrepreneurial company in Beverly Hills is searching for a fulltime Data Base Administer with extensive experience in SQL Server, Visual Studio, MS Access/ MS Excel Technology as it pertains to product management, importing, exporting and uploading data, website backend, and other operational & IT tasks as needed. Primary responsibilities include: Managing Data Base- SQL, Visual, MS Access and MS Excel, Website Development.<br>

Qualifications needed: <br>
<br>
	Solid interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills <br>
	Must be well-organized, responsive, diligent about accuracy, and strong in follow-through on assigned tasks <br>
	Strong computer skills: Highly proficient and fast with queries in SQL MS ACCESS and MS Excel <br>
	Solid knowledge of importing, exporting and uploading data in multiple applications <br>
	Knowledge of Product Management <br>

	Requires  proactive, analytical, methodical thinkers with a cut-to-the-chase attitude and strong work ethic well here.  If you have that quality, we can train you on the rest.  <br>

The most important aspect to this job is data management as it relates E-commerce and selling our products.  Data must be queried, analyzed and improved for better pricing, descriptions, part numbers, de-duping, and abbreviations and to maximize overall search ability.  Candidate's job is to constantly query data as it relates to product type, category, price points, enriching/ altering product descriptions, part numbers and  codes as it related to finding and buying our products form our various electronic catalogs and websites.  We also need help in building a better website with said info and making info more reachable as it related to website popularity, embedding code to achieve such, banners & marketing, clicks & sales and conversion of potential inquiries to sales.<br>
