Tools found (Torrance)

Tuesday 5/6 at 7:15am some plumbing truck came tearing around the corner off of Francisco street. A bunch of tools fell out, but they kept hauling arse down the street. I've since gathered the tools from the street and have them with me. I'm sure they would be gone by the end of the day. I'd like to see them returned to their rightful owner. Please contact me.
