This job entails researching and drafting criminal appellate claims and trial pleadings. Must have computer skills - Westlaw, Word/WordPerfect, Excel. Some general office work involved. Should be a law school grad from an accredited law school such as UCLA, Loyola, Southwestern or comparable.
