Bookkeeper/Office Administrator sought by small Los Angeles Law Firm for FULL TIME employment.
Job Duties will include:
-Writing Checks
-Making Bank Deposits
-Maintaining Accounts Payable and Receivable (Knowledge of and Experience with Quickbooks Required)
-Overseeing payroll
-Answering the phones/ taking messages
-Greeting Visitors/ validating parking
-Scheduling/Reserving Conference Room
-Opening and sorting mail
-Opening New Client Files
-Closing and Preparing Files for Storage
-Maintaining list of cases, trials, deadlines, etc.
-Transferring of Files to Storage Facility
-Limited Calendaring
-Sending Correspondence to Clients, Insurance Companies, medical facilites, etc.
-Contacting various facilities to request records
-Maintaining reception area, conf. room, and kitchen
-Ordering office supplies
-Other office and administrative duties
