• Must have family law experience (certificate from certified program preferred)
• Assist attorney in cases from initial filing to judgment
• Calendaring (California Statutes)
• Must be fluent in: DissoMaster, Legal Solutions, Lexis Nexis, Excel, Word Perfect, and Word
• Draft Orders to Show Cause, Motions, Ex-Parte applications, Declarations
• Legal research
• Communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Must have excellent writing and communication skills
• Must be friendly, polite and team oriented
• 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
