Do you need a house/ pet sitter for May, June or later?
Experienced house sitter available during May, June, July or beyond - if you need someone long term (ie. a month or longer) or just for a few days/ a week or two while you are on vacation, working or handling family affairs - I am flexible. I’m intelligent, well spoken, sincere & reliable.
I’m familiar with all areas of the general LA area, Westside, Hollywood, the Valley, Southbay, etc.and Southern CA. . So if necessary, I would also be available to help you with any personal needs while you are gone - including administrative work (which I am very experienced in), managing a house staff or anything else, like cutting the grass, etc. I would love to talk with you asap & happy to answer any questions you may have. I look forward to talking with you.

Regarding compensation (if any): I am open to negotiation and depending on situations, dates, etc – I am always open to discussing a “trade” situation, ie. a nice place for me to stay and I take care of your property and/ or help with certain needs you may have while you’re away - including pet sitting
I am college educated and currently self-employed - so I’m looking for a temporary situation (short term or long term). I have my own phone, laptop computer, printer, etc - so I would not need to use any of your personal office equipment or anything of that nature (other than DSL/ Cable internet connection – and yes I have my own wireless router – would not have to disrupt any set up you may have).
I am in my early 30s, in great shape, with a very professional appearance. I am an experienced and very reliable house sitter with experience in various areas of home maintenance, gardening, security & Earthquake awareness, animal care (pet sitting), etc. - I exercise regularly, eat healthy and I do not smoke.
